    How do I access my courses after purchase?
    After checkout you receive an email with a magic link. Sign in with the same email used at purchase. Your dashboard shows all active courses instantly.
    Do I get lifetime access and updates?
    Yes. All courses include lifetime access, including future updates, as long as Graycliff Growth operates the platform.
    What is your refund policy?
    We offer a 14‑day no‑questions refund if you watched less than 25% of the course. Contact support with your order ID and email.
    Which payment methods are supported?
    Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are supported. Local methods may appear based on your region.
    Can I get an invoice with my company details or VAT?
    Yes. During checkout you can add company name, address, and VAT number. Invoices are emailed and downloadable from your dashboard.
